CONTRACT NO. C-22-16-010-3-00 AMENDMENT 1 AMENDMENT No. 1 TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY ADMINISTERED BY ITS HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND TOWN OF WICKENBURG Maricopa County (“County”) by and through the Maricopa County Human Services Department (“MCHSD”) and the Town of Wickenburg, (“Town”) entered into a Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) on or about October 1, 2015 for the integration of the County’s workforce development system into the Town’s library system to support workforce development and training efforts in the Town. The Town compensates the County on a monthly basis for program service delivery. The Parties wish to amend the Agreement to address the following areas: 1. Extend the Agreement term from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2017. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Agreement may be extended for one (1) additional one (1) year terms upon acceptance and approval by both Parties upon acceptance of Amendment No. 1. 2. Amendment No. 1 shall be effective on July 1, 2016. 3. The total compensation amount shall be $32,571 for the period of July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. The Town shall pay the County the monthly amount not to exceed $2714.25. 4. The Itemized Service Budget Attachment A to the Agreement is modified and replaced with the revised Itemized Service Budget attached hereto as Attachment A. 5. This agreement is subject to and incorporates by reference the statutory language of A.R.S. §38- 511. 6. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement as amended remain the same and are in full force and effect as approved and amended.
