AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY, LESSOR
AND
MARISOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, LESSEE
RECITALS
A. Lessor and Lessee are parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. MC10156 dated April
12, 2006 and subsequently amended November 15, 2006 by the Maricopa County Board
of Supervisors (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is for premises at 3220 West Gibson
Lane, Phoenix, Arizona, consisting of 2,400 square feet of leased space.
B. The term of the Agreement expires September 30, 2016.
C. Lessor and Lessee now mutually desire to terminate the Agreement.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Lessee and
Lessor agree to amend Agreement No. MC10156 as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby terminated effective May 18, 2016.
2. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County
Board of Supervisors.
