A 40 foot wide roadway alignment, together with all appurtenant rights, lying within the
Northwest quarter and the Northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 2 East of
the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and lying 20 feet on each
side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the easterly extension of the North right of way line of
Olney Avenue and the North-South mid-section line of said Section 11; thence, northerly along
said mid-section line, to the intersection of the Easterly extension of the North right of way line
of McNeil Street.
(Said roadway also known as 31st Avenue from Olney Avenue to McNeil Street and lying in
Supervisor District 5 and in an unincorporated area.)
