A 60 foot wide roadway alignment, together with all appurtenances and easements of record,
lying within the Southeast quarter of Section 16 - Township 1 South, Range 2 East of the Gila
and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly
described as follows:
The East 30 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter and the West 30 feet of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter.
(Said roadway also known as 45th Avenue from Estrella Drive to 235 feet North of the center line
of Gumina Avenue and lying in Supervisor District 5 and in an unincorporated area.)
