License No. P-50289 C-86-16-096-3-01 AMENDMENT No. 1 TO FACILITY USE REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT Between CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 80 AND MARICOPA COUNTY RECITALS A. User and County (the “Parties”) are Parties to that certain Facility Use Revocable License Agreement No. P-50289 dated and approved on April 20, 2016 by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is for use of County space at 3002 N Arizona Avenue, Suite 13, Chandler, AZ, 85225. B. The term of the Agreement is stated to expire July 24, 2016. C. The Parties now mutually desire to amend the Agreement to create a new expiration date. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable considerations, USER and County agree to amend Agreement No. P-50289 as follows: 1.
