EXHIBIT B-1
STATEMENT OF WORK NO. 1
TO THE
SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT
This Statement of Work No. 1 (“SOW”) is between Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, LLC (“MSB”), the service-providing affiliate
of CoreLogic Solutions, LLC (“CoreLogic”)(“Contractor”); and, Maricopa County (“County”) (collectively, the “Parties,” or
individually, a “Party”). This SOW is subject to the Sole Source Contract between Contractor and County dated January 25,
2012 (together with all subsequent amendments, exhibits or attachments, the “Contract”). Capitalized terms used but not
defined in this SOW shall have the meanings given in the Contract. This SOW is effective as of May 1, 2016 (the “SOW
Effective Date”). The Parties agree as follows:
I. THIRD PARTY COMPUTER ASSISTED MASS APPRAISAL (CAMA) SYSTEM: County has contracted with 3rd party Vision
Government Solutions (“Vision”) for the Right-to-Use (“RTU”) and Right-to-Integrate (“RTI”) licenses for use with
Vision’s Third Party CAMA system.
II. PROJECT CLARIFICATIONS: County wants to change calculation methodologies from Segregated to Square Foot for
the cost approach. Contractor, therefore, will:
(a) Provide to the County a new custom Square Foot deliverable incorporating (“wrapping in”) all of the same
information the County provided to Contractor for the legacy MVP Segregated deliverable known as Arizona
Specific Statutorily Valued Property information (“AZ Specific data”).
(b) The new custom Square Foot deliverable will be known as Multiple Valuation Platform (“MVP”) Square Foot (“SQ
FT”) Arizona. This will be a single MVP engine which combines both MVP Commercial and Residential
deliverables into a custom deliverable with both Commercial and Residential Databases, however, the AZ Specific
data shall be wrapped into the Commercial database only.
(c) Contingent upon approval by Project Management for Contractor approval, the MVP SQ FT Arizona will be
delivered by August/September 2016.
(d) MVP SQ FT Arizona will be delivered via a Contractor secure File Transfer Protocol (“FTP”) network protocol or
Digital Download with one (1) copy in CD or DVD-ROM format. Contractor will send the CD or DVD-ROM via
US ground mail on same delivery schedule as the FTP or Digital Download and County will send delivery receipt
confirmation to Contractor for each delivery.
(e) Terms for the “build-up” of any additional Custom Data Transformation and data requests and/or customization
work by Contractor must be agreed to by the parties in writing.
(f) The parties acknowledge that AZ Specific data had been previously provided by AZDOR; and, that previously
provided data will be incorporated into the custom MVP SQ FT Arizona. If Contractor specifically negotiates with
AZDOR to provide future AZ Specific data, Contractor agrees to “wrap” the AZ Specific data into each annual
delivery of MVP SQ FT Arizona as an inclusion. In the event, AZDOR abandons maintenance and delivery of AZ
Specific data, Contractor will negotiate with County to adopt maintenance of AZ Specific data, for an additional fee
agreed to by the Parties in writing.

(a) Deliverable: one (1) custom built MVP SQ FT Arizona (containing both Commercial and Residential)
