AMENDMENT No. 10 TO LEASE AGREEMENT L-7134
BETWEEN
PHOENIX SANTA FE PARTNERS, an ARIZONA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, LESSOR
AND
MARICOPA COUNTY, LESSEE
RECITALS
A. Lessor and Lessee are parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. L-7134 dated June 17,
1991; and subsequently modified by: i) Amendment No. 1 on October 16, 1996; ii)
Amendment No. 2 on December 17, 1997; iii) an administrative item on June 16, 1998; iv)
Amendment No. 3 on September 6, 2000; v) Amendment No. 5 on August 10, 2005; vi)
Amendment No. 6 on July 13, 2010; vii) Amendment No. 7 on June 8, 2011; viii)
Amendment No. 8 on June 25, 2012; and ix) Amendment No. 9 on March 24, 2015, (the
“Agreement”). The Agreement is for premises at 4622 West Indian School Road, Suite 10,
Phoenix, Arizona, consisting of 6,624 rentable square feet of area.
B. The term of the Agreement expires on August 31, 2016.
C. Lessee now desires to amend the term of the Agreement through this Amendment No. 10 by
exercising the second of Lessee’s two options to renew.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable consideration,
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Lessee and Lessor agree to amend
the Agreement as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended one (1) year commencing September 1,
2016, and expiring August 31, 2017, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the
Agreement. Per Section 13 of the original lease agreement, the Agreement may be
terminated by Lessee or Lessor with 90-day written notice. This Agreement is subject to the
provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by this
reference.
2. The effective date of this Amendment No. 10 is the date of execution by the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors.

3. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment No. 10. All
other terms and conditions of the original Agreement and subsequent Amendments thereto
remain the same and in full force and effect.
