Subject: $84K Follow-up
The information below will be the “email agreement” between MCACC and myself on
AHS’ behalf of the funds they are distributing and that I am managing.
Sonia
Hello all-
There will be no additional agreements/contracts/grant applications to fill-out. By
responding to this email that we all agree on the terms; is all we will need  I have no
doubt that goals will be met and I look forward to working with the entire team.
As you know, I have been working with NMPCT to allocate funds from a generous grant
for additional spay/neuter services for valley-residents (general and targeted). This
grant (as a whole) is a collaborative effort between Alliance members to provide
additional surgeries to the public. Additionally, I want to thank you for providing me your
input and support to participate; both receiving an allocation of the funds as well as
future collaboration with a portion of the funds.
This email will cover the allocated amounts for MCACC’s total including a few
requirements.
-The allocated funds, once approved by BOS, will be paid directly to you- MCACC, by
Arizona Humane Society.
-There will be no further paperwork needed or agreement to sign; stating you will
participate in accordance to the restrictions/requirement listed below will be sufficient.
We prefer to make this as simple as possible!
Allocation of funds
 MCACC: $84,000 with a minimum of 1,150 surgeries.
o Restrictions: Of the 1,150 spay/neuters, 500 surgeries will go towards
bully breed & Chihuahua’s combined, leaving the remaining for general
s/n.
o These funds/surgeries are not incremental to BL (baseline).
Distribution of funds & vouchers
 Funds:
o Payment by AHS to MCACC will be made in one payment within 14 days
of all parties agreeing to terms and BOS approval.

community!
I look forward to hearing from you-
