Attachment B FY 2015-2016 MARICOPA HOME CONSORTIUM HOME CITY/TOWN SHARE In FY 2015-2016, the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) resources used by City/Town Maricopa HOME Consortium members for affordable housing are anticipated to be expended for housing rehabilitation, for homebuyer assistance, tenant based rental assistance and for activities to increase the supply of affordable rental housing in the region. The anticipated federal FY 2015-2016 HOME resources to be available to City/Town Consortium members will be distributed in the following manner: TOTAL Avondale $ 128,772 Chandler 273,223 Gilbert 184,680 Glendale 469,146 Urban County 555,056 Peoria 162,966 Scottsdale 206,420 Surprise 122,699 Tempe 303,163 Maricopa County -Administration* 189,700 CHDO Set- Aside (15% of gross 458,087 allocation) HOME FY15/16 Subtotal $3,053,912 *Community Development (CD) admin assessment is 5% of the Consortium member gross allocation except for the county is 10% for UC activities.
