Box 690 Queen Creek, AZ 85242 Dear Mr, Hatch: The following is our estimate for Construction Staking and Engineering Design for the irrigation portion of Maricopa County Highway Department Project TT429 on Riggs Road from just east of Power Road to just west of 164" Street. Based on earlier projects, we have estimated what we believe you will need in the way of surveying to get started. We have provided a price for additional surveying, which may vary depending on what you need after initial visits. ® Gookin Engineers will provide staking for the new alignment of the irrigation lines with the easements and iight of way along this route. Pressure manholes and structures, as well as cross connects will also be located and temporary benchmarks set at convenient intervals. The staking along the two proposed will on 25-foot centers with 10 Pipelines foot offsets, with cut data, © The easements along this fenite will be marked approximately every 100 feet with the angle points also matked. The easement will be for BOR review as well as faa construction limits. ‘© ‘The structures will be marked. with a 10-foot offset and cut data, We anticipate a follow up visit to re-stalce the structure after the hole been excavated, and stake other points saad as required, . © We will prepare the “as-built” drawings for QCID, BOR and TYLIN for Maricopa County. Gookin Engineers is providing the construction drawings for the inigation relocation for the entire project. This design is based on a preliminary design and survey data provided by | TYLIN, ~ Mr, Burt Hatch Page 1 11/30/15 In addition to Construction Staking, we believe you will be xequired to provide an SWPPP, Stewart Pipe has a subcontractor who will prepare the SWPPP design and do the worl laid out in the SWPPP. This will only cover the construction of the pipelines to be constructed by the QCID, and does not include an SWPPP for the road construction which will follow the constuction of the QCID improvements. Gookin Engineers assumes that the County will provide an SWPPP for the road project as needed.
