Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with the following members present: Clint Hickman, Chairman, District 4 (via phone); Andrew Kunasek, Vice Chairman, District 3 (entered late); Denny Barney, District 1 (via phone); Steve Chucri, District 2 (via phone); Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; Tom Manos, County Manager; and Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel. Minutes compiled by Lori Medaris, Minutes Coordinator. Votes of the Members will be recorded as follows: aye-nay-absent-abstain. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Special Executive Agenda dated March 10, 2016, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item. Motion to approve by Supervisor Barney, seconded by Supervisor Gallardo Ayes: Hickman, Barney, Chucri, Gallardo Absent: Kunasek ~ Supervisor Kunasek entered the meeting ~ OPEN SESSION 2. POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING RECRUITMENT OF COUNTY MANAGER Direct staff to take possible action consistent with direction received in Executive Session regarding the recruitment of a new County Manager following the resignation/retirement of Tom Manos.
