EXCEPT that portion of 255th Avenue and Tonopah-Salome Highway 25’ road easements north and south of the 80’ dedicated roadway, lying Southeasterly of a line running from the Northeast corner of the property identified as Assessor Parcel 504-62-930 Northeasterly to a point on the East line of said White Tanks Vista which lies 708.85 feet north, along the North-South mid-section line, from the South quarter corner of said Section 7.; and EXCEPT That portion of Yuma Road lying East of the West line of Assessor parcel 504-62-930.
