ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE #1 TO
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (IGA) BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY BY AND THROUGH THE OFFICE OF ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY
AND
THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG
1. Maricopa County by and through its Office of Enterprise Technology ("County") and the
Town of Wickenburg ("Town") entered into an intergovernmental agreement on July 6,
2015 for Technology Services as defined in the Agreement. The Term of the Agreement
was for six months with the option to renew by mutual agreement for an agreed upon
term.
2. The County and the Town mutually desire to extend the term of this agreement to
December 31, 2016.
a This agreement is subject to A.R.S. §38-511. The terms of the original agreement not
amended hereby remain in full force and effect.
4. Accordingly, the County and Town agree that this Agreement is extended for an
additional twelve months.
