MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA
This Statement of Results is based upon the official canvass of returns from the
election of the Board of Directors of Electrical District Number Seven (the "District").
The election was held on Saturday, January 9, 2016, at the District office, 14629 West
Peoria Avenue, Waddell, Arizona,
1. A copy of the Notice of Election is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. The names of the candidates for the vacant offices of Director were:
Lomand Beals
Ronald Gass
Matthew Woolf
3. The total number of votes cast in the District was 5 .
4. No votes were rejected.
5. The number of votes cast in favor of the candidates are as follows:
Lomand Beals 5
Ronald Gass 5
Matthew Woolf
6. The following persons were declared elected to the office of Director:
Lomand Beals
Ronald Gass
Matthew Woolf
7. There were no other offices or measures voted upon in this election.
