APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM JANUARY THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2015 BOARD MEETINGS Approve the minutes of the January 21, 2015; February 18, 2015; March 25, 2015; April 8, 2015; June 10, 2015; June 24, 2015; July 22, 2015; August 19, 2015; and September 9, 2015 Board of Commissioners meetings pursuant to ARS 38-432.01. There is no financial impact associated with this item.
