I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Contract amount is changed to an aggregate, not-to-exceed (NTE) total amount
from $404,651 to $537,209 (increased $132,558 for the budget period January 1,
2016 to December 31, 2016).
II. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and its amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.
