A roadway having a width of 80 feet, together with all appurtenant rights, lying within the
Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base
and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly described as follows:
The East 40 feet of the West half and the West 40 feet of the East half of said Northwest quarter.
(Said roadway also known as 10TH Street from Paint Your Wagon Trail to Carefree Highway and
lying in Supervisor District 3 in an unincorporated area.)
