Happy New Year! I received the attached affidavit this morning and it was from the original affidavits
that were sent out on the August Election stale-dated check list. I don’t know if this is a concern or
not, but Ms. Herbst crossed out the word Arizona and wrote in Utah.® Can we still use this affidavit?
