That pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 18, Title 42, Arizona Revised Statutes, providing for the sale of
lands purported to be held by the State under Tax Deeds, the Board of Supervisors has sold the interest of the State
of Arizona held under the Treasurer's Deed dated August 21, 2015 , and recorded on August 21, 2015 in Instrument
2015-0607791 in records of the Maricopa County Recorder's Office, in and to the following parcel located in Maricopa
County, Arizona, to wit:

To Pueblo Bonito Community Association, the purchaser thereof, and hereby transfers to said purchaser all right,

1131 and 11-1132 pursuant to the exemption set forth in A.R.S. §11-1134 (A)(3).
