AMENDMENT 1
TO THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
FOR SERVICES BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY
AND
TOWN OF GUADALUPE

Contract Termination Date: upon project completion
I. The Parties entered into the Intergovernmental Agreement (C-22-13-027-3-00)
(Agreement) on November 28, 2012. The parties executed an Administrative Change on
or about September 4, 2014, pursuant to Section II, paragraph 10(D) of the Agreement.
II. The Parties mutually desire to amend the Agreement to address the following:
A. Revise the Implementation Schedule Completion dates:
Demolition and Clean-up Activities from May 31, 2014 to April 30, 2016
Activity Completion from June 30, 2014 to May 31, 2016

B. Increase the Agreement funding amount by $22,595 from $60,000 to $82,595.
Funding shall be utilized to complete demolition of two (2) additional structures
for project completion.
C. Revise the Budget:

III. The Amendment is effective upon approval and signature by both Parties. This
amendment is subject to A.R.S. §38-511.
IV. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement. All other terms of
the original Agreement and Administrative Changes not amended hereby, remain in full
force and effect.
