A roadway alignment of variable widths, together with all appurtenant rights, lying within the
Southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 6 North, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base
and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly described as follows:
The East 31.25 feet of the West half of the Southwest quarter; and
The West 55 feet of the South 927 feet of the East half of the Southwest quarter; and
The West 31.25 feet of the East half of the Southwest quarter, Except the South 927 feet.
Said roadway also known as 3rd Avenue from Honda Bow Road to Cavalry Road and lying in
Supervisor District 3 and in an unincorporated area.)
