Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with the following members present: Steve Chucri, Chairman, District 2; Clint Hickman, Vice Chairman, District 4; Denny Barney, District 1; Andrew Kunasek, District 3; Steve Gallardo, District 5. SPECIAL EVENT LICENSE FOR ANTHEM ROTARY FOUNDATION TEAM RED, WHITE & BLUE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 4-203.02, approve a Special Event Liquor License Application filed by Jamil Peter Coury for TEAM RED WHITE & BLUE Inc. at 37900 N. Cave Creek Parkway, Cave Creek, Arizona 85331 to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 10:00 am. to 2:00 pm 12:00 a.m. . (Supervisorial District 2). This item is subject to approval by required department/Offices including the Sheriff's Office, Planning and Development and the County Attorney. Clerk noted corrections to the agenda title and time. Clerk also explained that the application was still subject to all other necessary approvals.
