Request for Waiver
Dear Board of Supervisors:
Kutak Rock has a contract with Maricopa County to provide legal services (Serial 13102-
ROQ (the "Contract")). Pursuant to Paragraph 2.3.5 of the Contract, I hereby request a waiver
from Maricopa County ("County") in order to represent German Dobson CVS, L.L.C. ("CVS")
in the above-referenced matter, wherein the County seeks to acquire, through condemnation,
property located at 9885 West Union Hills Drive, Sun City, Arizona 85373, Maricopa County,
Arizona. The real property is owned by CVS.
This firm has no pending matters involving the County. I appreciate your consideration
of this request for a waiver of conflict and look forward to hearing from you soon. Please
