Additional
Comments: The replat eliminates ten lots and portion of Tract A of Vista
Verde Unit 1 (lots 52 through 61) into one consolidated Tract.
The change was necessary to facilitate the development of
the community Clubhouse at this commercial zoned
property. The overall lot layout will remained in accordance
with the Development Master Plan. The replat (S2015010)
meets all applicable subdivision regulations and zoning
regulations.
Recording fees will be furnished at the time of replat
recordation. All requirements of the Maricopa County
Department of Transportation, the Maricopa County
Environmental Services Department, the Flood Control
District of Maricopa County, and the Drainage Review
Division of the Maricopa County Planning and Development
Department have been met.
