This letter is to notify you that a public hearing before the Maricopa County Board of
Supervisors for the proposed deannexation/annexation portion of "see legal
descriptions", is scheduled to be held on:

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471.02 (E), the City of Peoria shall notify by letter the owner
of any real property in the territory to be deannexed at least twenty days before the
hearing by the Board of Supervisors. The deadline to send notice is October 15,
2015. Please indicate that letters of protest should be addressed to:

To obtain property owner and parcel information, contact Maricopa County
Assessor's office at (602) 506-3406 or their website http://mcassessor.maricopa.gov .
Please provide our office with a sample of the letter sent to the owners and send
confirmation or certify that the notification requirements have been met by
Wednesday, October 28, 2015. If verification is not received we may continue the
hearing to a later date to ensure that all statutory requirements have been met.

Parcel 1
A portion of the southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 1 East of the Gila
and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap found at the south quarter corner of said Section 23 from which
an iron rod found at the center corner of said Section 23 bears North 00 degrees 05 minutes
31 seconds East 2635.43 feet;
Thence, along the west line of the southeast quarter of said Section 23, North 00 degrees 05
minutes, 31 seconds East, 1317.71 feet to a nail with washer marked, "Springer RLS 34399"
found at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said
Section 23;
Thence, along the north line of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said Section
23, North 89 degrees 57 minutes 59 seconds East, 237.04 feet to the Point of Beginning;

Thence North 27 degrees 32 minutes 27 seconds East, 654.69 feet to a point of curvature
having a radius of 5,000.00 feet;
Thence 184.18 feet along the arc of said curve concave northwest, through a central angle of
02 degrees, 06 minutes, 38 seconds;
