A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FORMATION OF
THE RANCHO DEL MONTE IRRIGATION WATER
DELIVERY DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
SECTION 1. The formation of an irrigation water delivery district as
provided by Arizona Revised Statutes is hereby authorized for the area known as
Rancho Del Monte Irrigation Water Delivery District bounded by Campbell Avenue to
Coolidge Street from 35 th Street to 40th Street.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 3rd day of December,
2014.
