ASSET & WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT SW MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

WHEREAS, Maricopa County, Arizona ("County") and MCM Technology, LLC
and ("Contractor") have entered into a Contract for Asset & Work Order Management
SW maintenance and support dated October 6, 2010 ("Agreement") and effective
October 6,2010, County Contract No. 10108-SS.
WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to further modify the Agreement
by changing certain terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree
as follows:
Section 1.0 Term
Both parties agree to exercise the renewal option in Section 1.2 for five (5) years to
expire October 31, 2020.
