COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Section 16, being marked by a brass in
hand hole from which the South quarter corner of said Section 16, being marked by an
aluminum cap bears North 88°47'01" East, 2671.29 feet;
Thence along the South line of said Southwest quarter North 88°47'01" East, 1335.64
feet to the Southwest corner of the East half of said Southwest quarter;
Thence departing said South line and running along the West line of said East half North
00°07'59" East, 53.01 feet to a line 53.00 feet North of and parallel with said South line,
said parallel line being the North right of way line of Ocotillo Road, and the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said West line North 00°07'59" East, 618.16 feet to the South

Thence departing said West line and running along said South line North 88°55'04" East,

BEGINNING;
