See Exhibit "A" Attached hereto and incorporated herein MARICOPA COUNTY AGREES: A. That, in the course of the partial acquisition of said project, it was necessary to compensate for the parking lot re-stripping and labor costs to re-plant, re-trench and re- install landscaping improvements effected by the take area. B. To pay Sun City Fire District, a special taxing district of the State of Arizona, their successors, assigns, and heirs, GRANTORS, the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars and 35/100, ($2,234.35), as payment in full for the parking lot re- stripping at $426.85 and labor costs to re-plant, re-trench and re-install landscaping improvements at $1,807.50 not included in the appraisal that are effected by the partial Page 1 of 5 acquisition take area for the TT-463 Union Hills & 99 th Ave, (Intersection & Roadway Improvements) Project. THE GRANTOR AGREES: 1. To accept the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars and 35/100, ($2,234.35) as payment in full for the parking lot re-stripping at $426.85 and labor costs to re-plant, re-trench and re-install landscaping improvements at $1,807.50 not included in the appraisal that are effected by the partial acquisition take area for the TT-463 Union Hills & 99th Ave, (Intersection & Roadway Improvements) Project. 2.
