Jefferson, 10th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 Ms. McCarroll, This notice serves as our formal request to cancel the biennial election for the Thoroughbred Farms IWDD No. 43 that was to be held on November 18, 2015. In accordance with ARS 16-410(A), the district seeks approval of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and the appointment of the three current board members, duly qualified to be retained for their term of office for which they were nominated. A public board meeting was held on 10 September, 2015 and it was noted that no other persons turned in a petition to run except the current three board trustees.
