SUBJECT: Treasurer's Collections and Investment Summary for August 2015
Total secured property tax collections during the month of August equaled $33,144,390.
Of that, $5,750,250 was for the 2014 tax year which increased the year to date collections
as of August 21, 2015 (the close of the 2014 tax year) to $4,183,278,800 or 99.1% of the
adjusted 2014 levy of $4,222,227,121. The chart below reflects the 2014 collected and
uncollected levy amount and corresponding percentages for the 2014 tax year.

On August 22, 2015 the 2015 property taxes posted. Secured property tax collections
during the month of August for 2015 property taxes equaled $27,394,140 or 0.628% of
the 2015 adjusted levy of $4,364,402,210. The secured property tax collections for the
month of August, includes the State Aid amount of $18,068,345.

The County's General Fund Balance totaled $30,553,926 effective August 31, 2015.
Warrants outstanding of $9,668,459 will post against the fund balances when presented.
The $19,848,294 unencumbered balance of the County Municipal Line of Credit and the
$15,151,706 Workers Compensation Liability Letter of Credit remain unused.
