That, in the course of the partial acquisition of said project, it was necessary to compensate for the block wall within the take area. B. To pay Justin Aragon and Sabrina Aragon, husband and wife, as community property with right of survivorship, their successors, assigns, and heirs, GRANTORS, the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100, ($1,350.00), as payment in full for the 30 linear feet of 8 foot tall block wall at $45.00/linear foot that was not included in the appraisal and is located within the take partial acquisition take area for the TT-429 Riggs Rd (Recker Rd. to Power Rd.) To hereby release Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, GRANTEE, from any further obligations concerning the 30 linear feet of 8 foot tall block wall at $45.00/linear foot that was left off of the appraisal and is located within the take partial acquisition take area for the TT429 - Riggs Rd (Recker Rd. to Power Rd.)
