Jefferson Phoenix, AZ. 85003 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County convened in Formal Session at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona with the following members present: Denny Barney, District 1; Steve Chucri, Chairman, District 2; Andrew Kunasek, District 3; Clint Hickman, Vice Chairman, District 4; Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Tom Manos, County Manager; Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel; and Irma Hollamby, HAMC Administrator. BOARD ACTION: H-1. RESOLUTION 15-002 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY AND THE MARICOPA COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FAMILY SELF- SUFFICENCY PROGRAM Adopt Resolution 15-002 and approve the Agreement between the Housing Authority of Maricopa County and the Maricopa County Human Services Department for the administration of the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. This Agreement is effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 for an amount not-to- exceed $34,212. (C-66-15-011-M-00) H-2. RESOLUTION 15-001 2015 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM PAYMENT STANDARDS Adopt Resolution No. 15-001 and approve the 2015 Housing Choice Voucher Program Payment Standards effective January 1, 2015. There is a financial impact of up to $278,784 to the Housing Choice Voucher Program, Housing Assistance Payment fund.
