Jefferson Phoenix, AZ. 85003 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County convened in Formal Session at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona with the following members present: Denny Barney, District 1; Steve Chucri, Chairman, District 2; Andrew Kunasek, District 3; Clint Hickman, Vice Chairman, District 4; Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Tom Manos, County Manager; Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel; and Irma Hollamby, HAMC Administrator. BOARD ACTION: H-1. RESOLUTION 15-008 SUBMISSION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2015 PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY PLAN TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT Adopt Resolution No. 15-008 and authorize the submission of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Fiscal Year 2015 PHA Annual Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as required by the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. Also authorize the Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Commissioners to execute on all HUD required certifications relative to the Annual Plan including form HUD-50077 (Compliance with PHA Plans and Related Regulations) and HUD-50077CR (Civil Rights). The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to certify, by resolution, that the Board approves the submission of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Fiscal Year 2015 PHA Annual Plan. (C-66-15-016- M-00) H-2. RESOLUTION 15-007 ESTABLISHMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE BANK ACCOUNT Adopt Resolution No. 15-007 and approve the establishment of an Administrative Bank Account with FirstBank to hold revenue earned from business activities. This item has no financial impact, and will be effective upon Board approval.
