B. 6.28 Incorporation of Documents, 6.28.1, Exhibit A, Pricing replace with an
undated Exhibit A, Pricing, Budget Narrative for the budget period, October 1,
2015 — October 31, 2015 and budget amount of $53,185.00.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract and its amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.
