P-50250 Amendment No. 1 C-94-15-002-3-01 AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY, LICENSOR AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE, LICENSEE RECITALS A. Licensor and Licensee (collectively the “Parties”) are parties to that certain License Agreement No. P-50250 dated and approved August 8, 2014 by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is for premises at 1825 E. Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, AZ 85006, consisting of 127,100 square feet of vacant land. B. The term of the Agreement expires on December 31, 2015. C. Licensor and Licensee now mutually desire to amend the lease to create a new term and update Licensor notice address. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing mutual promises contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which the Parties acknowledge, Licensee and Licensor agree to amend License No. P-50250 as follows: 1. The term of the lease is hereby extended one (1) year, to commence January 1, 2016 and expire December 31, 2016. This agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511. 2. Licensor notice address is hereby changed as follows: Maricopa County Facilities Management Attn: Deputy Chief Real Estate Officer 2801 West Durango Street Phoenix, AZ 85009 3. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. 4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
