That portion of the West half of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 5 East of the Gila
and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, described as follows:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 2, said corner being a found brass
cap flush stamped with LS#16202 and from which the Center quarter corner of said
Section 2 being a found 5/8 rebar bears N89°16’56”E a distance of 2639.96 feet;
Thence N89°16’56”E a distance of 92.20 feet along the North line of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 2 to the Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing along said line, N89°16’56”E a distance of 10.05 feet;
Thence departing said line, N00°42’40”W a distance of 28.00 feet;
Thence N45°49’48”W a distance of 7.08 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of
Willis Road;
Thence along said right-of-way, N89°16’56”E a distance of 1222.91 feet;
Thence departing said right-of-way, S00°25’18”E a distance of 33.00 feet to a point on
the center line of said Willis Road, being also the North line of the Southwest quarter of
said Section 2;
Thence along the North line of said Southwest quarter, S89°16’56”W a distance of
899.76 feet;
Thence departing said North line, S00°43’04”E a distance of 33.00 feet to a point on the
South right-of-way line of said Willis Road;
Thence along said South line, S89°16’56”W a distance of 328.00 feet;
Thence departing said South line, N00°44’48”W a distance of 33.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Contains an area of 51,025 square feet or 1.171 acres more or less and being subject to
