Amendment No. 1 to Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement
for
Use of Real Property
RECITALS
A. Western Maricopa Education Center, an Arizona Title 15 public school district (“West-
MEC”) and Maricopa County, an Arizona Title 11 political subdivision of the State of
Arizona (“Maricopa”) (collectively, the “Parties”) are Parties to that certain Non-Exclusive
Revocable Facility Use Agreement for Use of Real Property, No. P50243, dated and
approved on October 22, 2014 (the “Agreement”) by the Maricopa County Board of
Supervisors. The Agreement is for the use of West-MEC Central Campus property located
at 6997 North Glen Harbor Boulevard, Glendale, Arizona.
B. The term of the Agreement expires on September 30, 2015.
C. The Parties now mutually desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term and update the
notice address for Maricopa.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, mutual promises contained herein
and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which the
Parties hereby acknowledge, West-MEC and Maricopa agree to amend Agreement No.
P50243 as follows:
1. The Agreement term is hereby extended one year, to commence October 1, 2015 and expire
September 30, 2016. This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of
A.R.S. §38-511.
2. Notice address for Maricopa County Finance Department is updated as follows:

3. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by both Parties.
4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other terms
and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
