Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona, with the following members present Clint Hickman, Vice Chairman, District 4; Denny Barney, District 1 (via telephone); Steve Gallardo, District 5. Absent: Steve Chucri, Chairman, District 2; Andy Kunasek, District 3. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board, Tom Manos, County Manager and Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel. Minutes compiled by Lori Medaris, Minutes Coordinator. Votes of the Members will be recorded as follows: aye-nay-absent-abstain. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Special Executive Agenda dated June 10, 2015, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item. Motion to approve by Supervisor Gallardo, seconded by Supervisor Barney Ayes: Barney, Hickman, Gallardo Absent: Chucri, Kunasek OPEN SESSION 2. GENERAL MOTORS V. MARICOPA COUNTY Discussion and potential action regarding appeal in General Motors V. Maricopa County, TX2007-000663, 1 CA-TX-0004. This item was heard in Executive Session on June 25, 2015. No action taken.
