This was voted on and unanimously approved at the QC Irrigation District meeting of June 30, 2015 meeting. The agenda of the June 30 meeting was: Discussion of the pump site and getting it to function. Otto Sankey was appointed as the 4" board member. Unanimously approved. A surety bond is required.
