Please be advised that the office building located at 1001 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004 is
being sold effective May 8, 2015 to K2H Central, LLC, Effective with your rent payment due June, 1
2015, please forward rent to the new ownership entity, per their instructions. Victoria Properties
