I. The purpose of Amendment #2 is to increase funding for the period July 1, 2014 through
June 30, 2015 from $20,000 to $65,000. An approved Operating Budget is attached herein.
The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and
conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
