for learning and evaluation to spread community efforts toward a Culture of Health and a goal
of.100 million healthier lives. SCALE includes a 20-month intensive "learning and doing" program

been convened to facilitate the spread of solutions that generate improved community health
outcomes by developing an "Intercommunity learning system at scale' Through a formative

communities; develop a change and capacity building process that builds community capability
to envision, act on, and sustain results-oriented change; and create a support system for

facilitate spread and actively supports communities in their change process.
