Mail Ballot Election
Dear Ms. McCarroll:
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 16-558(A), an irrigation district may conduct its board of
directors elections by mail ballot if the governing board of the district obtains approval from the
board of supervisors of the county in which the district is located, prior to publishing the call of
election. Harquahala Valley Irrigation District hereby requests permission from the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors to conduct its 2015 election of directors by mail ballot.
