North, Range 1 East, of the Gila & Salt River Base & Meridian, said parcel being more
particularly described in Exhibit A.

Legal Description
A ten foot wide parcel of land located in Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, of the Gila
& Salt River Base & Meridian, five feet on each side of a line described as follows:
Commencing at an aluminum cap at the Southeast corner of said Section 1;
thence North 0°04'42" West along the east line of said Section 1 a distance of 836.98 feet to a
point;
thence South 90°00'00" West a distance of 448.91 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence South 84°36'24" East a distance of 129.86 feet to a point;
thence South 89°33'28" East a distance of 10.11 feet to a point;
thence South 88°13'27" East a distance of 95.41 feet to a point;
thence North 89°27'01" East a distance of 100.70 feet to a point;
thence North 89°34'19" East a distance of 98.10 feet to a point;
thence North 89°05'29" East a distance of 15.37 feet to a point on the east line of said Section
1, said point being the POINT OF TERMINATION;
thence North 0°04'42" West along the east line of said Section 1 a distance of 1538.48 feet to a
cotton picker spindle at the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 2 East, of
the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian.
Said parcel contains 4,495.60 square feet or 0.10 acres, more or less.
