That part of the Northeast quarter of Section 8 and the Northwest quarter of Section 9,
Township 1 South, Range 2 East, G&SRB&M, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of the North 643 feet of said
Northwest quarter of Section 9 and the West line of said Northwest quarter of Section 9,
being also a point in the East line of said Northeast quarter of Section 8 and being also a
point in the boundary of the area annexed to the City of Phoenix by its Ordinance No. G-
5189, recorded in Document No. 2008-0597694, records of Maricopa County, Arizona;
Thence Easterly along said South line of the North 643 feet of the Northwest quarter of
said Section 9 to a point in the boundary line of said area annexed to the City of Phoenix,
being also the East line of the West 55 feet of said Northwest quarter of Section 9;
Thence Southerly along said East line of the West 55 feet to a point in the South line of
the North 976 feet of said Northwest quarter of Section 9;
Thence Westerly along last said South line of the North 976 feet to a point in the West
line of the Northwest quarter of Section 9. Being also the East line of said Northeast
quarter of Section 8;
Thence continuing Westerly along the South line of the North 976 feet of said Northeast
quarter of Section 8 to a point in the West line of the East 55 feet of said Northeast
quarter of Section 8;
Thence Northerly along said West line of the East 55 feet to a point in the South line of
the North 643 feet of said Northeast quarter of Section 8, being also the boundary line of
said area annexed to the City of Phoenix;
Thence Easterly along said South line of the North 643 feet, being also the boundary line
of said area annexed to the City of Phoenix, to the East line of said Section 8 and the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
