An easement for a recreational trail located in section 20 in Township 2 North, Range 2 West of
the Gila & Salt River Base & Meridian, said parcel being that portion East of the certain property
as recorded in documents 1994-0519749 and 2012-0604389 (Maricopa County Recorder's
Office) more particularly described as follows:
Said parcel is centered on an existing paved Operations & Maintenance road for the White Tank
3 Outfall Channel, sixteen feet wide, eight feet on each side, or ten feet wide, five feet on each
side at street intersections, of a line described below.
Commencing at the East quarter corner of Said Section 20, said point being a Maricopa County
brass cap stamped 01/4 S20 S21 29891 2003 2N 2W";
