The purpose of Amendment #2 is to: A. Delete Section III-Work Statement – Activity Budget and substitute as follows: allow HOME funds to be used for acquisition in the amount of $100,000. B. Amend Section III- Work Statement Activity Description 1.1 to delete the HOME Resale Provision and substitute the HOME Recapture Provision as means of securing affordability period. II. The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
