That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
32, Township 2 North, Range 7 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa
County, Arizona more particularly described as follows:
The East 30 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
said Section 32;
EXCEPT the North 25 feet thereof; and
EXCEPT the South 30 feet thereof.
(Said roadway also known as 80th Street from Palm Lane to Plymouth, lying in Supervisor
District 2 and in an unincorporated area)
