A 40 foot roadway together with all appurtenances and easements of record
described as follows:
The East 10 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter and the West 30
feet of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, all in Section 24, Township
5 North, Range 2 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa
County, Arizona.
(Said roadway also known as 167th Avenue from Dixileta Drive to Windstone
Trail, lying in Supervisor District 4 and in an unincorporated area.)
